I did two Garage sales Saturday morning. The second one was a winner with the people moving house and loads of lovely Vintage goodies. Being on a very tight budget meant that I just had to look wishfully at a lot of it but I did nab this amongst some other lovely goodies.
I am still debating whether he is a keeper or not as I don't really have a place for him.
He is lovely though.
Oh I do love to find things like this. Quirky, unsual and unique!
I'm not sure what it is from. It is hand painted on Masonite and reminds me of my younger Big Boy quite a bit with his blond curls and long lashes!

What would you do with him?

Hi Irene, oooh you have found some great treasures lately. Love the postcards and this find is really unique! Not sure what to do with him either, maybe in a childs bedroom?

He's very cute, but I'm not sure what I would do with him. A child's room like mentioned above would be cute. Maybe a teacher would like it for a classroom... A "building on" kind of theme for a bulletin board. (building on words, building on numbers, etc.)
Yes, he's a KEEPER! How did he get orphaned in the first place? I'll give him a home in the U.S. if you want to put him up for adoption! He's a little treasure and I think he'd be a wonderful added addition to any room.
Really nice blog! So glad I came upon it!
Thanks for dropping by Beach Vintage and leaving a comment. Love your blog. I am now a follower.
