Some DIY-ing

Saw one rather ordinary stool with a rather ordinary red velvet home made cover and thought -yes! I'll take that thankyou...

Get rid of the velvet

The staples

The make do "foam insert"

and VOILA!

Pretty Lilac Barkcloth, Dulux Antique USA on the legs, new foam insert~ a big improvement on the original don't you think.
Now I just have to work out why the stool is still wonky and wont sit on all four legs properly :[

ps.. The Commode I found (in a few post previous to this one) that you can just see in the back ground has also had an Antique USA paint makeover. Just needs a new seat/reupholster and I will show this off soon too.

Have you been DIY-ing lately too? Care to share :)

It's a beautiful stool I like it, I like it more if you change the color of it.
