Capturing moments.

Today was a memorable day for many reasons but two things stood out.
How beautifully my baby draws his family. (thats me on the right)

And how mighty was the weather this afternoon. Golf ball sized Hail. No power for about 6 hours and lots of damage as we drove into our small town for a take-away dinner as we had no means of making it ourselves :)

Please pop over to visit with my lovely bloggy friend Sue at Junk-it-Junction as she is having a beautiful give-away and I know she would love for you to pop by and leave a comment :)

Thanks Irene!
I love those drawings, brings back wonderful memories with my kids artistic talents!
I just watched Sunrise this morning, and the floods and hail were amazing, hope it settles down soon. So now it has hit the north and the south, I hope it doesnt hit us in the middle!

Geez you copped it bad Irene. Not sure why it hit you guys so bad that storm, as it pretty well went around Olinda. We didnt get much at all and hubby didnt have any call outs with the CFA either or power loss at home. I have to say nice for a change!! Hope everyone is ok.
